Privacy Policy

Sturdy Print and Design Limited store data for legitimate business reasons only. The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) laws classify some of this information as personal data.

What Data We Keep

Business data details that are stored on our database includes names, business names, addresses, telephone numbers, along with any business email addresses relevant. We hold this data in order to maintain our business relationship with you which we believe constitutes a legitimate business interest.

What Do We Do with Your Data?

We use your data for legitimate business reasons only. This data is not used for any reason other than to maintenance of our business relationship and will only be kept whilst that relationship is ongoing and for a short period afterwards whilst queries may arise. All information is stored safely and securely and not disclosed to any third parties unlawfully.

Your Right to Object

At any time, you can request to see the data that Sturdy Print holds on you. You can request to no longer share your data with Sturdy Print at the first point of communication. This is known as the 'right to object’. Any requests, under your right to object must be made to privacy@sturdyprint.co.uk or by reply if at the first point of communication. This will be actioned within 28 days by Sturdy Print.

Right to be Forgotten

As with your ‘right to object’, the 'right to be forgotten’ gives you the right to have your data removed at any time. Any requests to be forgotten or have data removed must be made to privacy@sturdyprint.co.uk and this will be actioned within 28 days by Sturdy Print.

Your Right to Rectification

If your data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete you have the right to have this corrected and updated under your ‘right to rectification’. This request will be made to the system immediately please contact privacy@sturdyprint.co.uk and this will be actioned.
