The reprographic platform supports the creation and output of the digital image. The Apple Macintosh computer network which utilises the latest software feeds to our direct image plate-making system which produces consistent high quality printing plates.
Graphic design fulfilment from concept to implementation into the clients range of print, is carried out by our skilled studio team. From conception of a logo to the design and origination of full colour brochures, all levels of graphic preparation are catered for.
Digital colour presses, directly connected to our Apple Macintosh network, produce short runs of a wide spectrum of high quality print including business cards, promotional leaflets, brochures and labels. We can provide litho-match colour proofs on the actual material specified for the job. We can also incorporate variable data, and bar codes.
The rotary flexographic process is utilised by our mainline self adhesive label plant to produce millions of labels every day. Labels are generally supplied in rolls to enable automatic application on product flow lines. In-line UV ink curing enables us to print in up to eight colours and also apply decorative finishes such as cold-foil and varnishes to a variety of substrates all in one pass.
The production method used to produce the widest possible range of “flat sheet” print requirements. True ink mixes based upon the Pantone colour matching system are used on our presses which produce small, medium and high quantities of virtually every type of print.
Our hot foil machines are ideally suited for the smaller quantity. These machines can produce the simplest of labels, to labels that require features such as split lamination, consecutive numbering, embossing & holographic imaging, as well as other bespoke applications.
